We are a different kind of private forensic DNA laboratory. Our mission is to collaborate with state forensic labs and other government forensic labs.

We share the same goals as you - to solve crimes by reducing your backlogs and uploading data into CODIS as quickly as possible. Sorenson Forensics can establish a contract for processing samples from your active or backlogged forensic cases, criminal paternity cases, and cold cases. We will collaborate with you to handle all of your forensic DNA casework outsourcing needs. Sorenson Forensics forensic DNA experts are available to answer your questions, help your investigators and prosecutors understand the case report, and provide expert witness testimony in court.

Sorenson Forensics provides the highest quality data in the easiest to review format. At the completion of testing, the entire case folder is scanned at high resolution and included with the reports as a .PDF file. This allows the analyst to do a thorough and comprehensive technical review. Our data package is typically delivered on a CD-ROM in GeneScan/GenoTyper, or GeneMapperID software projects, and in a CODIS-compatible .CMF file
