All reagents are meticulously tested, and positive and negative controls are used to ensure quality control at all steps in our process.

All sample profiles generated are cross-checked against all samples within the shipment in order to detect duplicate profiles.

Our quality control scheme dictates that all retested specimens be compared to the original sample for profile consistency, thereby ensuring that the client receives high quality data on retested specimens.
